Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of order placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Shipping Method
All orders ship via FedEx Ground in insulated packaging with frozen gel packs sized for the typical transit window. Because we ship perishable products, we rely on ground service paired with packaging engineered to maintain safe temperatures through transit.
Delivery Times
We do not guarantee any specific delivery date. Once your package leaves our facility, transit time is determined by FedEx based on origin, destination, and current carrier conditions.
Because our products are perishable and shipped via ground service, delivery times may be longer than what customers expect from non-perishable e-commerce orders. This is a function of the cold-chain shipping method, not a delay on our end. Our packaging is designed to protect product temperature for the duration of standard ground transit.
Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. The full shipping cost is shown before you complete your purchase.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute or refund orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address — or because the recipient was unavailable to receive a perishable shipment — the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs, and product condition cannot be guaranteed on the reshipped order.
Receiving Your Order
Because our products are often perishable, we recommend that you or someone you trust be available to receive the shipment on the day of delivery. Please refrigerate or freeze your order promptly upon arrival. Our packaging is designed to protect the product through normal transit, but extended exposure on a doorstep — particularly in hot weather — can compromise quality.
Weather and Carrier Disruptions
In the event of severe weather, regional carrier disruptions, or other conditions that may affect cold-chain integrity, we reserve the right to hold or reschedule shipment of your order to ensure it arrives in good condition. We will notify you by email if your order is held.
Damaged or Compromised Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or temperature-compromised, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Do not ship the package back to us.
