Jalapeno Cheddar Bratwurst (4 Links)

What’s better than a Wisconsin Style Bratwurst? How about one filled with fresh jalapeno peppers and chunks of white cheddar cheese! As always, we use fresh Indiana-sourced pork and season it with our special blend of spices, and then we grind in fresh jalapeno and mix in chunks of sharp white cheddar! Don’t worry, it isn’t hot and spicy, but it does have a great jalapeno flavor and it’s nice and cheesy! Comes in 1 lb packages (4 links).

FAQ

Is it fully cooked?
No. This is fresh, raw bratwurst. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F before eating.

How hot is it?
Jalapeño flavor, not jalapeño heat. Kids and mild eaters are fine with it.

What's the best way to cook it?
Grill over indirect heat 15–20 minutes, turning, then finish over direct flame. Or brown in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of water, covered, then uncover to crisp. Go gently so the cheese stays in the casing.

How should I store it?
It arrives frozen. Keep frozen for up to three months, or thaw overnight in the refrigerator and cook within 3–5 days.

Beer Bratwurst

I'm a Minnesota boy who is destined to live my life in Southern Maryland. I grew up on great bratwurst. Johnsonville is not an acceptable brand for me. I tried these beer brats and I immediately reordered more. These brats are the best I've had outside of the ones I make myself. Too much of a hassle to make my own anymore. These are a great substitution for mine and I will be a returning customer.

Beer Bratwurst

Been constantly searching for a "GOOD" Brat. All the normal brands are just ok. Brats and sausage made locally or from small makers so far have been meh. These are closest to those from my youth. Very good flavor and texture. Will buy again.
