Why a ham and not another gift basket
Most corporate gifts get opened, thanked for, and forgotten. A ham gets carried to the table. It feeds the whole family, it comes with a story about where it came from, and people talk about it in January. Ours is hickory smoked in small batches by Ossian Smoked Meats in Ossian, Indiana, a family smokehouse in business since 1946. You can only order it online here.
It also solves the problems that make employee gifts and client gifts a chore: one order covers everyone, every box carries your note, and nobody has to guess a size, a taste, or a dietary preference beyond "do they eat ham."

How bulk ham orders work
- Send the form below. Rough count, what you're thinking, where it's going, when it needs to land.
- We reply within one business day with a quote, ship dates, and a simple address sheet if the gifts go to more than one place.
- You send us the list and approve the note. One invoice, one card, or a purchase order. We'll print your gift message in every box.
- We ship on the date you chose. Everything leaves Monday and lands Wednesday to Friday, frozen, with tracking to you for every box.

Larger orders get earlier cutoffs so we can reserve hams with the smokehouse. If you're past a date, ask anyway; we can often still make it work.
Good to know
- Ship to one address or a thousand. An office, a job site, or every employee's front door. Send us a spreadsheet and we'll handle the rest.
- Gift notes and your logo. Your message goes in every box. Add a printed card with your logo on orders of 25 or more.
- No prices in the box. Packing slips are blank on price.
- Frozen and vacuum sealed. The ham keeps in a freezer for up to a year, so a recipient who's traveling can save it for New Year's or Easter.
- Thaw and heat instructions in every box, and on our site. It's two to three days in the fridge and about two hours in the oven. Here's the guide.
- One invoice. Card, ACH, or a purchase order for established accounts. W-9 on request.
- If a box arrives warm or damaged, we replace it. That's the whole policy.

What's the minimum order for corporate ham gifts?
Five gifts. Volume pricing starts at ten.
How much do corporate ham gifts cost?
Retail is $64.99 for the boneless half ham, $119.99 for the boneless whole ham or country ham starter pack, and $139.99 for the bacon sampler. Orders of 10 or more get volume pricing; send the form and we'll quote your count.
Can you ship to different addresses?
Yes. Send a spreadsheet with names, addresses, and any per-person note. We'll confirm the list before anything ships, and every box gets its own tracking.
When do I need to order for Christmas delivery?
By Friday, December 4 for 25 or more gifts, or Friday, December 11 for smaller orders. Hams ship Monday, December 14 and arrive December 16–18. For Thanksgiving, order by November 6 or November 13.
Are the hams fully cooked?
Yes. The boneless whole and half hams are fully cooked and hickory smoked; recipients warm them in about two hours or slice them cold. Instructions come in every box.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S.?
Not for frozen items. The Country Ham Starter Pack ships anywhere in the U.S. including AK and HI.
What if someone isn't home?
Boxes are packed to hold frozen for the delivery day. We send tracking so recipients know it's coming. If a box goes missing or arrives warm, tell us and we replace it.
Can we split between Thanksgiving and Christmas?
Yes. Two ship dates, one invoice.
Can we add a gift note or our company logo?
Your gift message goes in every box at no charge. Orders of 25 or more can include a printed card with your logo. Packing slips never show prices.
Do you offer a gift card option instead?
Yes, for recipients you'd rather let choose. Ask us in the form.

We've shipped thousands of holiday hams and we answer our own email.
