5 × Smoked Bone-In Pork Chops (2-Pack) — Ossian Smoked Meats
Ten center-cut, bone-in chops (five pounds total), hickory-smoked low and slow until fully cooked. These come out of the smoker already done — sear them in cast iron for a few minutes a side to bring the crust back to life, or finish them on the grill.

2 × Premium Classic Bratwurst — Ossian Smoked Meats
Sixteen links (four pounds), fresh and trimmed lean — not smoked or pre-cooked. Grill over medium heat, turning occasionally, until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F. Straightforward ingredients, no fillers, sized to fit a standard bun.

1 × Smoked Pulled Pork (5 lb) — Montgomery Meats
A full five pounds of hand-shredded pork shoulder, fully cooked and ready to reheat — stovetop, oven, or microwave. No sauce added, so you control the finish. Piles high on a bun or straight into a taco.

2 × Smoked Chorizo — Old Major Market
Eight links (two pounds) of naturally cased, slow-smoked chorizo made with smoked paprika and annatto. Grill or sear until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

Ossian Smoked Meats has been running out of Ossian, Indiana since 1946, hickory-smoking pork with the same proprietary cure the family's used for generations — no shortcuts, no artificial smoke.

Montgomery Meats processes out of Ladoga, Indiana, sourcing from Indiana farms raising pasture-raised hogs without hormones or antibiotics, then smokes and hand-shreds every batch of pulled pork in-house.

Old Major Market supplies the chorizo — natural hog casing, premium pork, and a smoked paprika and annatto blend for color and heat.

FAQ

Is everything in this bundle fully cooked?
Not everything. The pork chops and pulled pork are fully cooked and just need reheating. The bratwurst is fresh and must be cooked to 160°F internal before eating. Cook the chorizo until it's no longer pink in the center.

How does it ship?
Vacuum-sealed and shipped frozen. Keep everything frozen until you're ready to use it; thaw in the refrigerator and use within a few days of thawing.

How many does this feed?
Comfortably covers 12–16 guests as a full spread, more if you're serving it alongside sides.
