Boneless Banquet Ham Half – A Holiday Ham Sized for a Small Table
Hosting six or eight this year? You don't need to buy a ham for twenty. The half Banquet Ham is about 3 pounds of lean, hickory-smoked ham from Ossian Smoked Meats, and it's the least expensive way to put a real smokehouse ham on the holiday table.
It's made only from the outer ham muscle, so it's lean (97% fat free), even all the way through, and slices clean. It's fully cooked, so 30 to 40 minutes in the oven gets it to the table. Leftovers go straight onto sandwiches, since the round is sized to fit a slice of bread.
It also works as the second meat next to a turkey, or as an easy ham for Christmas morning or New Year's Day.
Same smokehouse, same hickory smoke, sized for a smaller crowd.
