Not every holiday table needs an 11-pound centerpiece. If you're feeding a dozen people, hosting on a budget, or just want a good ham without the big-ham price tag, this is the one to get.

Ossian's Boneless Banquet Ham comes out of the same family smokehouse in Ossian, Indiana as our Old Fashioned hams, smoked over the same hickory. The difference is the cut. It's made only from the outer ham muscle, so it's lean (97% fat free), even all the way through, and shaped in a neat round that slices clean every time. At about 6 pounds, it serves 12 to 15 for dinner and costs less than any other ham on our holiday table.

It's fully cooked, so all it needs is an hour or so in the oven. Glaze it and carve it at the table, or slice it cold for a buffet. Whatever's left makes the best sandwiches of the week, because the round is sized to fit a slice of bread.
